All 16 players were enrolled into schools with their school fees and daily clothing requirements covered by Volkswagen AG for a 3 year period. The initial concept was to enroll all the children in one school; however due to location, age and family requests the children were enrolled at Prince Edward School (one boy), Admiral Tait (two boys), Allan Wilson Technical School (one boy) and Churchill School (12 boys). The aim of the program is to give all the children equal opportunities, developing them not only as football players but also as educated young men. The children have made good progress in their new schools, in spite of the fact that the education standards have been much higher than many of the rural schools they attended previously If you are interested in supporting the Volkswagen Junior Masters scholarship program through the donation of funds, clothes, and sporting goods, please contact Ingo Boehm on email@example.com for further information on how you can improve the boy’s daily lives.
